This album was born out of the pandemic. Bennett first recorded the opening “Easter Morning Melody”, sharing the video on social media. The response was unexpected and overwhelming, compelling Bennett to continue streaming editions of “Sunday Morning Sessions".

 

Eight of the ten are Bennett's originals. Johnny Cash’s “Ring of Fire” and Delbert McClinton’s “New York City” are his two beautifully crafted interpretative covers.
